Cascades Adult Family home is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, situated between Bellevue and Issaquah, with an amazing view of Lake Sammamish and the Cascade Mountains.
We have over fifteen years of caregiving experience with qualifications in fundamentals of caregiving, alzheimer’s and dementia specialty, mental health, CPR and first aid, nurse delegation.
We provide care for seniors in need of, or who are diagnosed with a large range of illnesses such as: Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Strokes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetic Management, Rehabilitation, Cardiac Problems, Hospice, Incontinence.

Our mission is to provide a safe home for seniors who need assistance with either health care or personal care management. Our care givers are loving, experienced and dedicated to providing a safe home for residents. Caregivers are trained to ensure that each resident receives the support they need.
